Our 5th trip was again out of Arbroath Sat July 10th. The weather was not great but the fishing was good. Between 10 anglers we managed to catch 140 fish mostly Cod. We also caught a lot of small fish these were returned safely. The top bag this trip was Don Mackenzie with Al Ritchie in 2nd place. The heaviest fish was shared by Tam Richardson and Don Mackenzie both with fish at 4lb 8ozs. The CSSC boat championship out of Arbroath 4th of July was canncelled due to bad weather and has been Rescheduled to Sat 21st August Arbroath. Our next trip will be out of Berwick-on-Tweed Sat 14th August there are 2 places still to fill.
4th Trip ~ Was out of Arbroath Sat 26th June with a 2pm sail it saw 12 anglers catching approx 170 fish mostly Cod with a few Mackerel in amongst the catch. Al Ritchie was top angler with Tam Richardson 2nd Al also caught the heaviest fish a Cod of 5lbs 8ozs. Our next trip will again be out of Arbroath Sat 10th July with the normal 8am sail.There are still 2 places left for this trip.
3rd Trip~Our third trip was out of Berwick-on-Tweed Sat 12th June and with 12 anglers on board we caught approx 150 fish.
Sam Noble was top angler with Al Ritchie 2nd.
Our next trip will be out of Arbroath Sat 26th June with a 2pm sail. there are still 3 places left.
2nd Trip ~ We had 11 anglers catching 314 fish for a total weight of 500lbs. This consisted of Cod, Ling, Wrasse & Coalies.
1st place went to Donald McKenzie with a bag of 40 fish weighing in at 66lb 4oz
2nd Place went to J.Bett
3rd place went to S. Noble
1st trip Unfortunately this was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions
